I have talked to 4 people (at DMV Sacramento) and 2 of them say one thing and 2 of them say the opposite regarding my endorsements. I just want a straight answer. Three people have hung up on us (me and my wife). I realize this will fall on deaf ears, but i have to vent to someone. DMV doesn't answer to anyone! No one is in charge. Typical State department. They are rude, and dont care. They hung up on us! If you ask to speak to a supervisor, they say they will call you back in 24 hours. Disgruntled in California
