Disrespectful

I called to set up a repayment to the state for over payment in unemployment. Everyone i talked to was rude, disrespectful, hateful. I tried to make a complaint to the person. The disrespect got worse. It seemed as if i was bothering them. Its not right i would like to see this corrected no one likes to talk to hateful people. I believe my complaint will fall on deaf ears.
