I've been trying to get a hold of a supervisor or manager so I can get a 9 mo old issue taken care of. They don't return calls. I call their business office, dial 0 for reception but she keeps forwarding me into the CS automated system. I call back tell her not to put me in CS just let me speak with anyone in charge. She again puts me into the same que. I've lodged complaints but they fall on deaf ears. Not one supervisor or manager or even a CS will call me to discuss this ongoing technical issue that never gets resolved.
