I contacted the DMV legal department to get some help with a mismatch in my documents to get the California ID issued. The lady who I spoke never tried at any time to help me and made no effort to show any kind of solution. When i asked if i could speak to another agent or a supervisor she decided to switch off the phone on me. I was shocked and extremely disappointed with this behavior and it only shows the standard that the DMV seems to tolerate in their customer service.
