I have spent considerable time with the dispatch department and customer service in an attempt to straighten out a problem I am having with Time Warner. They have no supervisor in customer service that I can speak with - only a promise that someone would call back within 24 hours to speak with me. I have had weeks of a continuing problem with them and I am no closer to a solution. This regards downgrading my television service. There should be someone above these telephone people that one could speak to immediately.
