Bill no child support! 20 years and still trying to get the 20,000.00 he owes. Department of revenue did not do their job! Always an excuse why they can not prosecute him. Florida state law statue 82

Why do single parents have a hard time collecting child support? The person that should pay is not owning up to their part in supporting the poor innocent children that suffer.in the state of Florida, Department of Revenue does NOT do anything. What a joke and mockery of the state government.

I have been dealing with them for over 20 years. Now they inform me, they can not go in front of a judge for a warrant if I do not have proof the non custodial parent is working. That is not what florida state law states. The State Revenue Officials have a hierarchy of enforcement, ARE YOU KIDDING? They have a call center located somewhere (is it actually in the state of FLorida?) Your hold time is usually longer than 45 minutes and alot of times you are disconected. What a JOKE!!!

They DO NO FIeld WORK!!! THET SIT ON THEIR TAILS AND DO WHAT??? Come on TWENTY YEARS and I still have no help.
