Had Global entry card but treated like criminal

Applied for and received a Global Entry Card. When I first used it at the Miami Airport I was detained for two hours, just enough time to miss my connection. After two hours in customs an agent called me to the window to say I was cleared. I then asked her why I was detained. The answer "I was detained but not charged five years previously but told that during my GOES interview I had lied about this. Number one, the question asked was if I was ever detained in a country I had traveled in which I wasn't, and number two, if there was a problem with my answer why was I issued a GOES card in the first place. It is obvious I was being punished by customs. God protect us from small minds with power.
