Very convincing-looking FRAUD

Glad others posted about this scam. I opened this "bill" this morning and was shocked to see that I had to pay a $225 annual fee for my one-woman operation. I was surprised to see this as when I created my LLC last year, I was under the impression that the one-time $50 filing fee was all I had to pay. Decided to research this online and was surprised to see that this is a scam. It's very, very official looking and it's not until the very last paragraph that it's clear that it's a scam. Anyone know how they got our info? I'd be interested to learn where it came from.
