On May 5 Rita Rinelli broke a one year lease she had signed five months earlier. She packed up and moved out without notice. She stole money belonging to her roommate. With no knowledge of her where abouts she has been able to avoid collection of past rent. She still owes $3,100.00 rent plus the $200.00 she stole. I advise that you have no business dealing with this person.
