He is a fraud, habitual liar, a professional con man, and does not pay his taxes. He should not become at renter on your property, and you should not do any business with him, as many of things are stolen property. He stole 2 lap top computers from a local business and gave one of them to his daughter, Katy. Her mother is considering returning it, if it is not paid for immediately.
