In early I received a paper mail advertising this property tax adjustment service with a refundable service fee of $90. I was a bit late, so I submitted my application on July 30. On August 25 I received a confirmation email from Alisha telling me that my case had been processed and that they would send the appeal application to the county shortly. They never sent me any notice or update until I asked them. On October 12 they replied to my email telling me that they were waiting for a hearing date from the county. On January 6 they replied to another email of mine basically saying that I was still in the appeal. On March 4, again after I asked that they would send me an email, this time they told me that the county now had less than 100 cases to process. Today, they just stop replying to my email. The phone line is always busy.
