Double charged for transaction

I applied this card to pay for a surcharge for my boy. They got out the cash twice. I instantly advised them of the and requested to become returned for that issue, I had been informed I'd to hold back for this to publish. While it published they explained that it had been the merechants problem and that I would need to go up together. I purchased this card and also have my whole salary direct-deposited and that I wa s informed when cash was dropped or stolen it'd be changed. This isn't what happpened. No body may return my mmoney and that I am quit WITHOUT ANY MONEY FOR GAS AND WILL NEED TO MISS FUNCTION, I m the only real revenue which is terrible!!! Can not anybody be reliable and thought anymore?
