Took all my money

Purchased cash card for 3 bucks place 60.00 on card applied twice and was rejected 29.99 every time. Named organization they claimed they don't have cash the financial institution does bank claims they don't. This can be a rip-off, oneday I contact they declare it'll maintain therein 72 hom it never gets put-back in my own consideration, they'll not deliver me a declaration of the deal or something. I'm totoally frustrated. Angry I actually purchased this card and was cheated. Why Cant they actually send a declaration does this lender actually excist...
