Took money and never applied to prepaid debit card

I purchased a refill-it bunch to be able to place cash on my pre-paid bank card. The cash was NEVER published towards the card. Named the card business NUMEROUS occasions I had been USUALLY provided the run-around. They needed me to send my shop reciepts that was not a problem but following the very first time i sent it i believed the problem could be solved. NOT!!! Upon calling them back I had been informed they never got it which i had a need to send it again to some other quantity. This continued for 2 more occasions following the initial fax till i told them-this is just a fraud. Nevertheless n/e OUR cash the phone call centre (or someones home since you may hear children within the back) is just a SCAM. After all significantly after I requested the repetition for that corporate quantity he explained they just have an email. Bottomline is that this don't don't get a pay energy credit of any kind. They have to recognize the things they are performing is ILLEGITIMATE getting someones cash and never doing that which you were caught to is just a OFFENSE.
