My debit card was debited with an unauthorized charge of $250 when I went to purchase a high school yearbook from our reunion webpage on Facebook. The yearbook was a link thru Facebook and then Classmates.com/Memory Lane and the charge was supposed to be $89.95 (which I authorized). Somehow this www.fb. Me/cc outfit got a hold of my debit card details and when I went to check my bank statement, there were 2 charges - one for the $89.95 which I authorized and another for $250, which I did not. I reported it to my bank, NYS Attorney General's Office, Consumer Affairs and of course Facebook, who did contact me to tell me it was fraudulent and that they would refund my money and credit my account. Facebook buyers beware if you make any purchases!
