Places vinyl windows, commercial man-made carpet on floors and walls. Put made-made siding materials on the outside of the buildings, after cutting to fit, then painted them in the same week.
Gas appliances have leaked gas into the atmosphere for years before the renovations were started. I had to pay for that gas. The repairs to this was not affected until neighbors on both sides of my apartment complained, thought I have complained for years. They have collected rent without providing a safe environment for me to love. I have complained and have been threatened with eviction several times.
