Copper Palms apartments have ahd the police in and out for the last several months when we as concern renters there question the managementa nd they tell us its a welfare check and then we cll the police and find out tehres a investigatation thats on going you know you have been lied to. Also they will pick on you about every little thing if they don't like you and they will put notes on your door about stupid crap. For instance if you have something hanging on the inside of your windows they think they can write you up but in fact its your living space they can't they themselves don't even know real estate laws and they allow young kids to rent and they allow people who have been evict from there to rerent i talked toa girl who was evicted there 5 x and tanya left her back in.

Picerne group doesn't care you call them with compliants and they never call you back and the managenment is still employed there. They have two ladies combing the premises for violations and they can't do that but yet they have druggies renting there and hookers and cops are there all the time the place lloks nice on the web but when you rent there you see all kinds of illegal stuff going on and they will show you the nice sections even the nieghbors come there and go swimmming that don't live there also they have raves posted on the board in the wash rooms and when ever you complain to Tanya she will put you on here out to geta list.
