Copper Palms Apartments
Lease non-renewal WITHOUT CAUSE

I have been in this apartment complex now since 2006. I have paid my rent on time, every time, without fail. I have paid my utilities, on time, every time without fail. I have kept to myself, I have not gotten involved in other people's business, I have kept out of trouble. The police are not involved with me or my children. Now, when I need an extension (because I'm moving into an apartment closer to work and it will not be ready until September), I'm being told that my lease is up in July and I have to be out. They told me they don't have to give me a reason, I just have to be out. I feel that this is very one-sided. They won't tell me what I've done to be treated so disrespectfully.
