WARNING, Do not rent/lease from this company will not take care of property

My Husband and I leased a property from the company only to suffer through the winter and the summer with inadequate heat and air. We moved there during the summer and noticed that the unit never seemed to cool on very hot days. After letting the so called maintanence man know we were told that nothing could be done about the issue due to the way the unit was constructed, so we went through the summer with ceiling fans running constantly and floor fans. Needless to say at the time we were paying about a $180 electric bill so did not forsee a real problem other than the faulty cooling level.

By the time the really cold winter days came around the begining of November we noticed again that on very cold days we did not get very much heat no matter how high we turned the thermostat. After the onsite maintanence messing uo the thermostat heating cooling was called and the system was not even connected on top of that we incurred a electric bill over $350. The sytem went on the break down two other times with us spending up to two weeks w/o adequte heat. We were finally told after the last time it was what it was by the heating tech due to poor construction and a weak system. From Nov. To March we incurred bill from $350 to highest $403 dollars. Now it is Summer again and during a heat advisory we have spent 3 days without air conditioning both of my children have asthma and one with eczema. This company should not be allowed to operate like this.
