Not refunded my $99 as said they would

This is actually the series of how things occurred:

1) Named on March 23rd to stop— got termination amount

2) Named on April 24 to obtain reimbursement— got refund verification #

Stated it's returned and acknowledged to account 3-5 business days.

3) Named again on May 5th—stated it today be 3-7 business days for this to stay consideration— therefore must have been here on 5-17-9. It is today July 4th nothing yet

Whenever called them all I really could get was automatic guy speaking stating to come quickly to this website to get reimbursement! I'm seeking!!
