I obtained their item and didn't stop over time so that they charged me for that item (about $95). After I named they stated I really could stop the product that we did on 12/28/10). They offered me the info to come back the merchandise to get a reimbursement, I did so so on 1/4 and got a verification of shipping. The merchandise was obtained on 1/12 at 5:46 pm. I waited to get a couple months and named plus they stated they'd need to take a look.By today I've named many times and also have been informed the same every time and also have yet to obtain a return.
