Complaint Overcharged & unethical practice

Named to stop consideration 9-24-08; guy stated I really could maintain item and he'd provide a $20.00 reimbursement on each item and that I wouldn't be charged something else and that I would not need to return these products and delay months about the reimbursement and that I wouldn't be billed other things. On 9-25-08 reimbursement was published my my bill. On 9-29-08 a cost was designed for $38.95. Named numerous occasions and was usually stop. Lastly on 10-6-08 reached a Greg Jeffs who said I should have returned the merchandise. Declined to I would like to talk to a boss.
