Stoltzfus Demolition - usvet dun wrong and i didnt deserve this at all Breezewood

I became employed for this company when i was out of work and couldnt get any work anywhere. I was working 50 to 80 hours a week. Couldnt get paid all the time it doesnt bother the owner one bit, he is still paying his other workers for now. Went to work one day loading boards and tearing down and old barn a board swings and hits me in the face, come to find out cant go to any doctor there is no workmans comp. Kept working to provide food for my family i get hit in the face once again face is bleeding and scratched and bruised badly by another board still no workmans comp. This boss refuses to make it right with me. I could have been killed out there on those barns tearing them down just trying to make an honest living. I am an desert storm veteran do you think i deserve this. I protected this man and this country when i was sent to iraq and saudi arabia and this is the thanks you get. How can this guy get away with not having workmans comp when running a company such as barn demolition. I have qiut that job due to the fact im still owed over $700.00 dollars and he still operates his company illegally. What can i do im the one that had to suffer with my face being torn up but to the guy in which all the money is going in his pocket im nothing he acts like i never existed. Is there something i can do or not? How can companies operate like this? Is there a law in pa. That something can be done? If there is would someone let me know? This thing of operating a company one way and then doing it another is wrong, how do my fellow americans do this to one another. As it stands now i still cannot get another job yet so were not giving up yet there is hope out there somewhere.
