Was injured at work had to have surgery was terminated while on workmans comp

I was injured at work for dollar general i had to have shoulder surgery and still have one more to go. I was terminated two weeks after my surgery while still on workmans comp. The workmans comp case manager that I was assigned to (who also works for dollar gen.) decides what meds and procedures I can or cant have regardless of what the doctors says i need. The sad part is the doctors i see are the ones they send me to. How fair is that her main goal is to save her company money and that leads to poor patient care in the end I was told by her yesterday that I was healthy and needed to go back to work. I reminded her that I was terminated and that my dr. Said no work until after my second surgery. She was rude and had a smart butt tone to her voice. She told me her job was to get me back to work. She informed me that i would not be recieving anymore work comp. Checks... What a mess I have contacted other people that have had similar issues with this company...
