I have not been paid for translation services for workmans comp patients

I have been translating for rex medco for workmans comp patients and have not been paid in full since march. They owe me $ 945 and i have sent my invoices again and again. I was told that sonja who is responsible for accounting is there only once a week, and susan whi apparently is the one responsible for invoices, never answered any of my approx. 20 e-mails with lists of all the unpaid invoices.

Now i am filing a small claims suit - anyone out there who wants to join me in a class action suit? This company should be out of business - they are only out to cheat independent workers because they know that most people will not make a big fuss about a few hundred dollars and let it go.
