Mismanagement of medications, racial favortism

This report is true. I have witnessed racial favortism shown to black individuals. There is improper documentation of medication forms and dispensing of medications is sometimes skipped or documented with incorrect numbers. The forms are legal documents, yet they are sloppily written on and illedigible, as well as written on the back. They are ripped, torn and folded.
Women are denied Tylenol for pain or headaches, as well as other over the counter medicines.
There is staff inappropriateness with clients. It is definately an eye opener and you quickly learn where your place is depending on the color of your skin and how much you kiss ass...
