University Of Texas Systems
Ripoff humiliated caused pain and suffering

Education & Science

I have been having problems with the WC adjuster Luann Folkner for ten years. But in December of last year the UT Texas System started to put a stop on the medications my doctor prescribed for me. These medications were essential in reducing my spasms and chronic pain that I endure on a daily basis.

I had been taking these medications for the past three years and never had any complaints from Ms. Folkner. But recently I received a letter stating that one of the prescription is not FDA approved and that the other doesn't have documentation to support the need for continued use.

On several occasions she's ordered me to go down to the doctors office and request the documentations that she wants, eventhough the information has been sent to her by the doctor in his reports. I've been humilated and harassed by this lady so much that I've had to call her supervisors in Austin, Texas. But to no avail.

Because of her fault I've had to endure pain and suffering for weeks because my medications were denied. Sometimes I think this is all due to racial prejudism on her part because of my ethnic background.
