New Years Eve Party OC Scam! Costa Mesa

The New Years Eve bash that was sponsored by OWL (Ones We Love) was an absolutely scam! Regular tickets were $80 per person and VIP was like $200 a pop! It was held at the HIlton in COsta Mesa, CA. Parking was like $40 or $20 per car. Coat check was $5 per coat. We were asked to dress in formalwear, as if we were going to a cocktail party. There were no chairs to sit in at all. For the high price of the tickets, we did not even receive a drink with it! Everything was expensive and uncomfortable, especially because there were no place to rest. We were pretty much treated like cattle! The VIP section was not clearly marked as when a non vip accidentally stumbled in that area, we were embarrassed and told to go back downstairs by the ghetto thug security guards at the event.

Last but not least, at the end of the night, when we went to pick up our coats, we were told by the ghetto thug security guards that many of our coats have been stolen! They went on suggesting that maybe we can file a class action lawsuit against the company which is actually a good idea. To make matters even worse, there was a black dumb@#$ female standing at the coat check yelling at people that they have to wait their turn to go to the coatcheck area to see if they can retrieve their coats. I was not sure if she was an actual security person or if she was just helping them out. Whatever the case, she was complete trash and did not belong at a place like the Hilton! She had no business yelling at people and making the event worse than it already was!

OWL needs to stop hiring ghetto a@# tramps as security and to organize their events better! The whole night was just a terrible ripoff! If you see a OWL sponsored event think twice before you purchase the tickets!
