A bicycling police officer gave my 13 year old son a ticket for skateboarding this evening in the city of Brea, California. Since when is skateboarding a criminal offense? What is next? Bicycling? Brea has become a skate Nazi city that imposes martial law on skateboarders. The officer that issued the ticket this evening should be ashamed of himself and know that he is less than a man for targeting children that are playing. I hope this officer pours gas on himself and lights a match. He deserves worse than this but it will do.
