Robbed!

As a customer I was told the customer is always right!

Not in the case of Massage Envy Brea.

I was a customer for a year and a half and never had a problem until I cancelled!

This was by far the worst experience ever.

I made an appointment to use my $150 credit.

I was told I had 90 days!!!

That was not the case.

Supposedly it was 30 days and I lost my credit and on top of that had to pay a $74 cancellation fee!!! I was taken advantage of!!! They are the worst and I will warn all to not do business with this place!!!

Its a shame how they take advantage of people!!!
