At Guntersville Al. Product i paid full price and they accredited me with a sale price, was made fun of by costumer service

I purchased a seala meal food saver at walmarts guntersville al.
It did not work right. I paid 74.00 for it. I did have my reciept one week later.
It ruined my food plus 8 packages of extra bags i bought for it.
Customer service scanned it and said i bought it last year in august. They only credited me 34.00 for it on a purchase of a different one. It does not work either. So i am stuck with a 102.00 dollar food saver that don't work, and must face being laughed at by customer service in front of the public.
