The Brick, Samsung refridgerators, and Trans Global are all lemons - samsung

We bought a stainless steel Samsung refrigerator a year and a half later the fridge part does not work and all of our food has spoiled. We have had service men here 3 times already and the 4th is on his way. A month later we still do not have a working refrigerator. We drive to the supermarket daily and pick up just enough food to cook that day, if we don't have time to stop we have to order take out. Not only did I loose a fortune of spoiled food, I am now spending way more on food to accomidate the lack of a fridge. The sad thing is they don't care a manager will not talk to me on the phone from the warranty company or the Brick. As nice as the service guys are this refrigerator is a lemon. When we bought the extended warranty we were told by the Brick salesman that this would be a life saver. He lied about what the warranty intailed. And we are living for a month with no fridge, and no one will help us. The only response we have heard from both parties is "that's not my department" The lesson of this story is never buy from the Brick and never buy extended warranty, both are worth their weight in poop.
