Scam

I joined my boy into this competition, they sent me and stated that he'd managed to get in to the sweetest children of 2011 guide! I had been enthusiastic and needed a souvenir. I requested the guide Goal of 2011. I've a purchase bill and anything, but no guide with no contact from their website. I've sent them more than 10 moments for my cash back. I've now obtained it like a lesson learned so that as a lack of nearly one hundred bucks. Can anybody claim FRAUD!
