Didnt receive my orde

I joined my baby-girls image within the picture competition and also the organization delivered mean email stating she'd been chosen to stay the guide of course if I needed to-order one it'd be 91.95. I requested the book in Oct. Of 2009 but still haven't acquired the guide. The organization has obtained the cash out-of my consideration and today I have to understand what to complete to obtain the cash back. Please support. Thanks
