I recently requested my deceaseed momis birth certificate and delivered all of the necessary files they requested for, but regardless of this, they ended my purchase. It had been very hard obtaining the files they required since I am a Mexican citizen requesting an American resident's birth certificate. They offered me a telephone number within the United Stat3es where I really could send the files. That telephone support isn't obtainable in Mexico, and so I had them sent with a buddy that lives in Houston, Texas. I am really furious and annoyed by their support
