Bad Customer Service

Caution-don't give the corporation your credit card info! The corporation guaranteed to obtain my kids birth certificate expedited. After I paid $84.00 for that support, I obtained a contact stateting that fast service wasn't obtainable in their state that I required the birth certificate. I called immediately (with-in moments) and terminated the purchase.in regards to a week later I realized that they cost hadn't been taken off my charge card. I named work back and talked to some really rude support representative having said that my purchase have been terminated but that she could not approach the reimbursement. Why? Since I really couldnot tell her who I talked with initially. Huh? I requested to talk to her boss but what hungup on. After I called back the woman that I responded the telephone was just like rude and would not approve a return. So here I stay. No reimbursement with no birth certificate. I've obtained the problem to my charge card organization and I'll allow them cope with these unprofessionals. Two must of appeared up the thousands of complaints this company has against them!
