Dangerous strolle

I purchased a-jogging stroller type the corporation and some weeks after purchase, the wheels might shake and also the entire stroller might shake. There is a clear issue using the rear wheels. I really could not really wander using the stroller not to mention run with it.

I contact the organization by telephone and mail. I told them there is an issue using the rear wheels. They questioned me to deliver them a movie of the stroller when it had been having an issue. After viewing the movie, they decided there is an issue and delivered me some, unrelated, alternative components for that front-wheel. I expected them why they'd deliver me substitute components for that front-wheel after I particularly informed them the issue was using the rear wheels. They declined to accomplish something further. I email them many period plus they declined to react.

Do Not get this businesses items, they've inadequate customer support and therefore are not so helpful. Examine the net, you will find others that have the same manner about that businesses customer support. They've a poor status.
