Squeaky Wheels and Jammed Brake - UPPA BABY VISTA STROLLER

We purchased the uppababy vista stroller last summer from albee baby to use for our baby boy born late september. From the very beginning the front wheels have made a clicking noise and now the most horrible squeaking sound. I can't determine if it is the shocks or the actual wheels. The brake has also been jamming. We also purchased a First years lightweight umbrella stroller for $50 that makes nouse than our vista.

After a lot of research when first purchasing a stroller, I am really dissappointed with the quality so far of the uppababy vista. Please let me know if there are any ways to fix the wheels as I am slightly embarrassed to take the stroller out with the squeaking.
