Gave misinformation to me and caused me to not have a stroller for my two babies

They said they had replacement wheels available for my 2 year old stroller that cost $160 new. I thew my old ones out and paid them $48.3 weeks later, which is when I was promised my new wheels, they called and said the wheels were not available. 1 week later, I received a refund check. I called 12 times and left 4 emails - nobody ever called back. I left voice mail with customer service and emails with customer service and left 4 voice mails with the general manager, Bradley M.

I finally talked with Teresa to reason with them about the fact that I am now without a stroller since I threw my old wheels out based on the knowledge that new ones were coming. They said there is nothing they can do expect say they are sorry.

Since new wheels are not available after they told me that they were available which caused my actions to throw my old ones out and send in $48 for new ones, I either want a heavy discount on a new comparable stroller or a new stroller at no cost.

I have been without a stroller for 3 full months with 2 young babies. 3 weeks was a long time to be without a stroller but I was willing to wait that long for the new tires in the beginning. A stroller should last more than 2 years especially since I live in OH and only get to use it less than 1/2 of the year with our weather. I am still without a stroller and they said there is nothing they can do about it.
