Horrible service

I have fax in most the info they requested to get a completely new statement, my first bill only at that handle plus they inform me the bill needs to be sooner than 45 times. I'venot actually spend it however, it is fourteen days previous, they actually have cash of mine from my old tackle but still they've me on-hold. This the 2nd period they are doing this in my experience!
