I've purchased several hundred bucks of giftcards in the nearby supermarket (QFC) Really around $800 to date. And have recipts to prove it. I invested them at Cabelas and not received any Club Benefits. I purchase one or two cards evertime I feel the point in the shop. Then once at the holiday season, our neighbors carpool to Lacey California to purchase stuff. And so I named the client support plus they stated that they do not provide factors when redeming the giftcards. She stated that should you buy a gift-card in the shop then you definitely get factors for purchasing the gift-cards so that they cannot provide factors whenever you invest them too. Which makes since, but imagine if I get them in the supermarket like Safeway? I actually donot generate things after I purchase the cards or after I invest them at Cabelas. This appears only a little dishonest since their site states "You eran 2% in Membership Factors on all product bought from Cabela's — it doesn't matter how you purchase your products." This really is one of the ways that they'll earn more income from the people, due to the loop-hole they decide to dismiss. Therefore to sum up " do not purchase gift-cards for cabelas at every other shop but Cabelas. This could be an inconvienence for their clients since Cabelas is 3 hours away.
