Awful customer support

I bought to Newspaperarchives.com this past year since I am used like a military historian and I wished that it'd let me look for specific historical occasions in a variety of papers. Atleast that is the things they STATED they'd let me do.

I've had more trouble than not in signing onto their website... All of the period the items I look for aren't discovered, and below recently - for that previous week - I attempt to sign in and that I get a mistake information that claims their site is "damaged" plus they cannot show something plus they cannot provide us a period once the site is likely to be set. Meanwhile, we are NEVERTHELESS billed our charge a subscription for their website and there's NO method to obtain a return.

Emails and efforts to get hold of their customer support website have now been ineffective... They never bother to react.
