My partner & I posted a IBR (Revenue-centered reimbursement) software to ACS on July 20. ACS acquired the paperwork on 7/27/09. The ACS site claims to "permit thrity (30) for running of the applying. It's now been 8 weeks (9/21) and also the software "continues to be being prepared". I've sent emails for them concerning the problem going back month. The webiste demands 48-72 hours to react to emails. The have answered to 2 of my four emails however they weren't inside the period of time. It got them 7-10 times to react to the emails they made a decision to react to. We've named and spoken to some consultant simply to obtain the run-around. I'm not pleased with this specific organization at-all! How can a company with such bad customer support come to be a Fortune 500 organization? Absurd!
