False advertising and awful customer support

Newegg may be the only store of Microsoft Xbox items that registers these products upon delivery, not once they can be purchased. This short-changes customers of the entire 1-year manufacturer guarantee that's inferred just before buy. When the item rests in-stock for awhile just before marketing, the customer might obtain small to no guarantee in the producer whatsoever. I bought a brand new Xbox and Kinect pack and am getting 60% of the manufacturer guarantee. XBox equipment is infamous for failur between months-10 and 12, and that I don't have any protection for that time period. It got three individual questions on my component over a two-week period simply to get a r esponse from Newegg with this problem. The reaction was "sorry, that's the way in which it's". Customer support is unresponsive and bad. Commit your cash elsewhere and save the trouble.
