No Delivery

We pay a yearly fee for daily delivery of a newspaper. Today for the third time in a one month period we have received no paper. We called and complained the first time and all the lady would say was that they do not deliver other than the regular delivery time. She would credit our account. We do not want credit! We would appreciate our regular morning paper so we would know what was happening or had happened. If the carrier cannot do this simple job, maybe you should find someone responsible.in my opinion the paper is not worth the cost in the first place. Front page should be world news like other papers. Old people cannot read the print, a few of the letters on the left hand side do not print and you have to guess the meaning. Deciphering the misspelled words and miss used words is another puzzle. I am afraid we are going to wind up with no paper at all. Older people are the newspapers main customers and many are complaining, as we are.
