Delivered cost for this journal by check that was banked and removed lender for just one year membership. Submitted 2006 and that I named in 2007 and was informed the problems were "behind" in publishing and also to have patience. It's 2009 but still haven't obtained. (I'd a preceding membership for four problems that we had obtained).
