Illing for magazine that was never received

I requested Redbook magazine through HGTV site in a discount cost of $8 for 12 problems in March. No journal was actually delivered (it's today end-of May), however Redbook & Hearst Corp. Proceed to bill me, observing that first problem was submitted Feb which the membership leads to Feb. 2010. The claims are threatening my "great credit" together, as well as condition, "Your quick transaction allows us to carry on your membership..." Exactly what a racket! Why on the planet might I purchase this magazine, or purchase every other from their store, after getting such intimidating email without actually having obtained just one problem of this magazine? The Iowa State Attorney Basic must access it the basketball and good Hearst Corp for harmful business methods.
