Did not receive yet, what was ordered

In December I registered to get a membership for that Designers Journal. It had been a Holiday present from the buddy and we completed the internet enrollment form together (she completed the payment details). Using the membership arrived a totally free present (Key to Effective Drawing).

I received a Dec problem although not the free gift. Than I didn't get the problems of Jan and February. After I named them about that and also the free reward they guaranteed to look after it and ship the things. Never occurred.

I received March to Sept after which it ceased.

I inquired concerning the lost problems plus they responded they couldn't provide them anymore. But since I had been absent these publications they'd increase my membership until March. Which was excellent easily might have obtained the publications of these weeks but used to do not.

I called them again and today it turned truly fascinating. The client support woman stated that she might observe that my membership was expanded however they couldn't provide me the publications that I settled for. Additionally she explained to be able to get my guaranteed free reward from 2007 I've to register to get a new membership.
