Unauthorized subscription!

Many months before I obtained a totally free problem of Handyman journal having a demand to buy a membership. I submitted the membership after publishing onto it that I'm not thinking about joining this membership or getting the journal. Nowadays, 9/10/07, I obtained a notice from the variety company declaring I owe the corporation $29 to get a 2-year membership that used to do not approve. The corporation is deceptive and really should be criminally investigated.
