Terrible customer service and terrible service

I regret switching to your service for 6 days! Your customer service is the worst ever. The service we had for those 6 days was TERRIBLE! I started complaining on day 1 of service and was lied to numerous times and told that i would be credited all but 6 days of service. Never did i receive a bill from you so i assumed i had been credited. I got notice from a collection agency i owed you... Just a break down of what it cost me for 6 days of service...$325 TOTAL... That is $54 dollars PER DAY! What do i have to show for that? NOTHING!!! I paid it so that my credit score was not effected... You are thiefs and liars and your service sucks... I switched to you to save money and instead it cost me BIG TIME! Anyone thinking of switching to this company I advise you to rethink your decision and don't throw your money in the trash!
